Elections for Lok Sabha Assembly is conducted in the year 2014 and TRS has won with a huge majority in all over the Telangana State, it is the First Election after the formation of the Telangana State. Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation(GHMC) is having 24 Assembly constituencies. Earlier Muncipal Corporation of Hyderabad(MCH) had 15 Assembly constituencies. On constitution of GHMC 9 Assembly constituencies which are in Rangareddy and Medak districts are merged in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.
